app cache manifest should be public

As a rule of thumb, as of today, if you don't want trouble, make your HTML5 application cache manifest publicly accessible.

    Yes i agree with you. It should be public, when we get any truoble with this cache so i can resolve it or if not resolve so we can understand it. I am a website developer in top website design agency in London so i wanr this feature public.
